i love how when you get an idea for a recipe and then try it out but sometime it dosen’t always look the way you imagined it would . but know matter how it look most of the time it’s still delicious even thou i was disappointed about how the marshmallow carmalized i think it added to the texture of the bar
i loved how it looked right after i took it out of the over but i discovered that the middle wasn’t done yet so sadly i had to put it back in the over for another 10 minutes with outside temperature being 89 yes i know a bad day to bake.
1 c of butter, room temp (2 sticks of butter) 1 teaspoon baking powder
2 c white sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs 1 1/2 c flour (i used gluten free
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 c of oats (gluten free)
2 c chocolate chips 1 cup marshmallows
1 preheat the over to 375. lightly grease your 9X13 pan
2 in a large mixing bowl beat together the butter, sugar tell smooth
3 add the eggs and vanilla mix
4 add your flour, oats , baking powder and baking soda then mix .
5. add the chocolate chips ,and marshmallows to your bowl mix then put in you 9X13 pan
put in the over at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
they are chewy and fantastically sweet.
