Soft Gluten free cookies

Yes, I know you are thinking isn’t she going vegan. Yes, I am but I have non-vegan kids they eat healthy but they do eat dairy products like butter and eggs if they choose one day to be vegan more power to them and iam just starting the journey myself .lets get to the recipe.

2 c gf flour

1 teaspoons baking soda

1c of butter(2 sticks)

1/2c white sugar

1/2 c brown sugar

1 tespoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

1/4 nutritional yeast ( you can use flour instead)



no measurement i just put in a balanced amount of m&ms chocolate chips to cookie dough.

Directions: preheat oven 375 bake 10 minutes.

1. Add your white, brown sugar to your bowl .next if your butter is not room temperature then pop it unwrapped in the microwave tell soft.

Add the butter to sugar, mix tell well incorporated, then add your eggs, vanilla extract , mix,

2. Add your flour one cup at a time once well incorporated add your nutritional yeast and, baking soda .

3 put by spoonful on your lined baking sheet . I put 4 cookie per row for 16 cookies per sheet thses don’t spread much. Bake for 10 minutes
