As many of you already know I have changed my diet little no eggs + no dairy I already didn’t eat meat and was gluten-free due to health problems.
Many of you might already know of this recipe. I am trying to somewhat limit my toddlers dairy consumption
She eats so much of it, and it has nothing to do with my recent diet changes. She just eats way too much even on the standard diet. So here is my recipe
Makes 2 servings
4 bananas (frozen)
1 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 avocado (optional)
1. Put all ingredients in a blinder, blind tell smooth.
2. Top your not ice cream with whatever toppings you want.
