Kick in the butt smoothie

It’s been a busy day. We walk to the grocery store like we do every weekend I get my workout +get groceries, i only had nice cream for my morning breakfest i used less bananas then normal and now its 1:39 i haven’t eaten yet, no nap for my toddlers,and its going to be 90 degrees out today and i have the whole apartment to putback togeather after the week is over ,along with 2 loads of laundry to fold because the washer broke last week and it just got installed Friday. Lets get to the recipes

Yes it has lots of good fats from the nuts and nut butter don’t be afraid of the good fats . No to mention it’s the only fat i will probably have today


2 bananas fresh or frozen

2 handful of greens

1/2c almond milk or you choice

1 Tablespoons nut butter

1 Tablespoons ground flax seed

1/4 C raw cashews

1c of blueberries


Put your milk in first then your greens it help it blend, add everything else, blend and you have a smoothie
