I am all about using what you have. Not to waste especially when it comes to food and being on a budget with two others to feed. I need to re-use all my ingredients, but the same ingredients can get boring, so I tried to switch it up a bit with this new salad dressing.
1 Tablespoons hummus
1 Tablespoons honey mustard
1-1/2 teaspoon maple syrup depends on how sweet you like it
1 teaspoon sunflower butter
1 teaspoons water to thin your dressing
Now depending on how sweet you like your dressing you might want to add half teaspoon of maple syrup to start with, then add later if needed. Add the hummus, sunflower butter, and mustard with 1 teaspoon of water to thin it out I like mine thick so you might have to add more water if it is not thin enough for you.
If you are vegan as you already know to use a mustered without honey that’s all I had.
