I love my smoothies they are easy to make, transport and drink especially when you have kids underfoot and a house to clean.
I tried to pack as much nutrition as I could into this smoothie but at the same time no using all of the same ingredients. since I forgot to eat breakfast, my kids, that I watched showed up very early this morning and they require a lot of one on one.
2 bananas fresh or frozen
1 Tablespoons sunflower butter
1pk dragon fruit smoothie pk
1 Tablespoons hemp seed
1c almond milk
2 dates if you like a sweet smoothie
I always put my liquid in first then the greens to help my blender out. Add all your ingredients and blend, and enjoy.
