Dragon smoothie

I love my smoothies they are easy to make ,transport and drink especially when you have kids under foot and a house to clean.

I tried to pack as much nutrition as i could into this smoothie but at the same time no using all of the same ingredients.since i forgot to eat breakfast my kids that i watched showed up very early this morning and they require a lot of one on one.

Ingredients

2 bananas fresh or frozen

1/2 avacodo

1 Tablespoons sunflower butter

1pk dragin fruit smoothie pk

1 Tablespoons hemp seed

2c spinach

1c almondmilk

2 dates if you like a sweet smoothie

Directions

I always put my liquid in first then the greens to help my blender out. Add all your ingredients and blend , and enjoy.
