I can’t believe that this is my 3rd cheesecake every year I try and make a different cheesecake last year I make an Oreo cheesecake wow ! no bake Oreo cheesecake the year before that I made a double chocolate cheesecake Double chocolate cheese .
1 box brownie milk
2 8oz cream cheese
1 1/2granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 c Heavy Cream
1c chopped Chocolate
- preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease bottom only of a 9-inch springform pan. prepare the brownie mix as package directs for a chewy brownie. spread evenly in prepared pan. bake 35 minutes or until done. cool
- in a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth add the sugar and vanilla. beat until peaks form. pour the mixture on top of your brownie. put in the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hrs
- Place the chopped chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. Bring 1 cup of cream almost to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and allow it to soften for 1 minute. Whisk the mixture until smooth. Let the mixture cool slightly to thicken, about 10 minutes. Pour the ganache over the cheesecake, spreading to cover the entire surface. Return the pan to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
